Habitat is present in the project area for 5chweinitz's Sunflower; however, a Juiy 31, 2414 survey reealed no presence of Schweinitz's sunflower. ConsequentIy, it was determined that Ihe proposed pmject will have `No Effect' on Schweinit's Sunflower. Habitat is present in the project area for the Georgia aster, huwevec na know sureys have occrred. Sunflawer Summer roasting habitat does exist i the project area for the NLEB. Anticipated tree clearing impacts for the project are estirnated to be 0.42 acres. A July 31, 2014 survey of the existing bridge revealed no presence afttte NLEB. The project area falls within the range ofthe NLEB and there is ltkely tree cutting and/ar percussive activities associated with the project.
