The wetpond has been designed! The Landscape Arch. that we were planning to use, informed us that
he couldn't get to the landscaping plan for 4-6 weeks! He gave me a recommendation! I will be
following up with this consultant, as well as others, if necessary - to expedite the timing!!

I am working feverously on this project, at this moment and have been!
I hired a consultant - who came down weekend before this past! ! I stayed home from a vacation
opportunity (Labor Day) and worked on the wetpond, as well!!

Dear Harvey,
It was good speaking with you this morning and we are happy to propose services to provide a
planting plan for the wet detention basin at Blake Commons. The plan will include
requirements as outlined in the NCDENR-DWQ "Stormwater Best Management Practices
Manual". We will provide a hard copy of the plan as well as a dxf file. The fee for this plan
preparation will be charged hourly and will not exceed $1,200.00 plus printing and delivery
expenses. Fees for any revisions required by the reviewing agency will be charged hourly.
Invoices are payable within 28 days of receipt.
Little & Little will provide the plan to you by 17 September 2008 if given notice to proceed by
10 September.

First, I would like to thank you & your staff, for your understanding of my health issues!
As we discussed on 8/11/08, I am asking for an extention until Monday September 1, 2008.
Also, as you mentioned, even though you understand my health issues, a response needs to be
submitted. Additionally, you stated that the project would not be shelfed, and a new - entire submittal
would not have been required, but I do need to get a response in.

We received a letter from DWQ requesting a stormwater management plan (SMP) for the southern
portion of the development. However, the engineer has taken ill and been advised by his doctor to rest
at home for a week, and we will not be able to meet the deadline for submitting the SMP. The
engineer anticipates being back at work sometime next week to complete the SMP for the project and
we should be able to submit it to DWQ for review no later than August 1. Thank you for your
