We have reviewed your plan to restore the buffer that was impacted. As stated in previous emails, five
trees are to be planted that meet three inches in diameter at breast height, native species, and
approximately eight feet in height. The trees shown in the site diagram along the side property boundary
shall be off set 15 ft from the boundary. Also as shown in your diagram, the 30 ft buffer will be mulched,
restored to natural ground cover.
Mecklenburg County may have additional requirements to meet their ordinances/regulations. Once the
