On behalf of EBX Neuse-I, LLC, I am requesting the first release of credits from the EBX Neuse Riparian Buffer Umbrella
Mitigation Bank. The Release Request is summarized in the two attached tables and credits summary sheet. Based on the 2007
Monitoring Reports the Nahunta Site has successfully completed its third year of monitoring and the Westbrook Site has successfully
completed its fifth year with all vegetation plots containing more than 320 trees per acre densities.
Additionally, we discovered that we did not exclude approximately 1 acre of nutrient reduction buffer that was cut off by an access road. We
have amended Appendix A of the Addendum to the Prospectus (attached) and Figure to account for this. Additionally, we noticed that we
had inadvertently included as Figures 1 and 2 of the Addendum to the Prospectus maps that did not show the nutrient reduction credit
areas. The summary tables in the RBMBI did reflect the correct acreage, though. As such, please find the attached updated Figures 1
through 4 of the Addendum to the Prospectus.
