This pipeline is unnecessary and possibly dangerous. It's being rammed through in a way that makes me believe that
they know that it is not good for the people of NC. Please deny the 401 permit for this project, which may be very bad
for wather quality, recreational uses of water, clean drinking water and healthy habitat for aquatic creatures and all
wildlife along its proposed corridor, and downstream issues reaching all the way to the Atlantic.
