Dear Division of Water Resources,

I am adamantly opposed to the proposed pipeline that is being proposed along the Atlantic Coastline.

It is time for the corporate profit driven industries to recognize the lasting potential damage they are proposing to the
coastal waters, and inland waterways. Devastating damage has already been exhibited and the enduring negative
impact, whether by Duke with the Dan River damage or Hallibuton/Exxon Gulf Oil spill. It has happened and will happen
again.

It is time to stop this disregard for the environment, the exploitation of our natural resources, and totally backward
Neanderthal thinking. Our country, and companies should be moving forward with progressive and clean energy
sources.

Please decide against this current effort that could destroy our natural resources.
