Dear Secretary Regan:

I am opposed to the ACP which crosses my property on which my children and grandchildren live. That is
three generations living within 1000 feet of the pipeline. We all have well water and no possibility of
tapping onto county water lines if the water becomes contaminated. I also oppose the pipeline because of
the potential danger it imposes for explosions but also the contamination of underground water supplies.

I have neighbors who are unaware of the proposed pipeline and the potential dangers that it imposes. The
communication of ACP and Duke energy have only notified those property owners who are directly affected
by the pipeline on their property. Is this the way you would want to be treated as a property owner or a
neighbor who is uninformed.

Please say no to the ACP pipeline.
