The construction would have harmful impacts on nearly 37,000 feet of 326 distinct bodies of water and more than 460 acres of valuable wetlands. These wetlands, streams, and rivers are a vital part of our natural heritage. Subsequent operation of the pipeline would continually threaten the health and safety of human and non-human inhabitants of this environment. I am dismayed that the application put forward by Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC does not provide enough information for DEQ to make a sound decision on whether or not to move forward with the pipeline. I hope that DEQ will reject this application and the pipeline all together. Thank you. Sincerely, Richard Franklin Landis 6627 Martins Creek Rd Murphy, NC 28906 1
