Dear Division of Water Resources,

I am opposed to the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC's 401 Water Quality Certification application. It could cause irreparable
damage to our environment and waterways.

The construction of the pipeline could harm aquatic life and habitats, smothering spawning beds and fish eggs of
endangered species.

Therefore, I urge you to reject the 401 Water Quality Certification application from Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC.
