It is with sincere concerns that we ask your support to save our century family farm. For this century, my
family has passed on our heritage, family legacy in the ministry. I am the third generation ,68 yrs. of age, to
expand our Christian creativity to win others to salvation. Mom is 89 and will become 90 December 27,
2017. She does not understand how they struggle to rkeep the farm for someone to come to use eminent
domain to do with it what they want. Our constitutional rights are infringed upon. No one should be given a
water quality permit to a proven for profit company. ready to ship to Japan and India. Since it is not needed for
our lands. Let them determine another way to get it overseas.

Also, terrible damage will be done to our Karst areas with sensitive soils and natural resources they propose to
mine: the granite, minerals, in some places marble. They haven't told landowners about this. This is all
happening on 67 % of Africam American properties in Halifax County Think of all the damage contribution to
water quality

Also , my dad was a logger where he learned to use common sense not to take his truck through the woods for
fear of sinking. Also on our farm is a sinking stream. He did not know that was what it was called but he
shared how he put in a fifty feet tow and it never touched the bottom. Fresh water level with the ground always
for the organic fruit in the woods, wild flowers, wild liif and more which are all part of the ministry tell of God's
creation and return from Genesis to Revelation. Trails of the 66 books of the bible are through the woods.There
is so much to share. such as the Monarch Butterfly as a symbol of God's/ Jesus, transformation
and Resurrection Allow us to venture on with our safe haven to become a become for the nation.. Support us
in saving our farms families, soils, health, our children, our communities, and our churches and schools.. Please
take a message from the water being contaminated by Sunoco. God gives us so many warning. We reside now
in earth quake prone regions, hurricanes, floods, and other adverse weather conditions
