For your consideration:

I am a citizen of the state of NC and have a very serious concern about the effects of allowing the ACP to traverse our
state. Below you read my main concerns:

"Making an 8 foot deep trench for the pipeline through wetlands creates a preferential flow path for contaminants to
reach downstream waters."

This concern seems to me to pinpoint and highlight the primary concern of this construction, it is a major problem and
one that you will be very derelict to ignore, minimize or pretend is not true.

Don't underestimate the people, both numbers and depth of interest in your decision re: this pipeline.
