Dear Division of Water Resources,

Please, NCDEQ, reject the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC's 401 Water Quality Certification application. It could cause
damage to our environment and our waterways.

The construction of the pipeline could harm aquatic life and habitats, smothering spawning beds and fish eggs. These
spawning and nursery areas are essential to endangered species. The pipeline also puts the communities it goes through
at risk for accidents. Lastly, I believe fracking to be risky on many levels and I believe it should be avoided entirely.

For these reasons, I urge you to reject the 401 Water Quality Certification application from Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC.
