Dear Division of Water Resources,

Tthe Atlantic Coast Pipeline's 401 Water Quality Certification application claims they'll restore waterbodies and
wetlands to healthy.

But the applicant does not list any specific plans to measure or monitor the waterways they say would be impacted.

Protecting waterways matters and the Atlantic Coast Pipeline can jeopardize them.

Please reject the application from the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC because it does not meet DEQ's standards protecting
waterways.
