Please add my voice to the many others who urge the Division of Water Resources NOT TO GRANT 401 permit for the
Atlantic Coast Pipeline. It has clearly been proven that the ACP is totally unnecessary, given the facts that electricity
demand has not increased but flattened despite increased population in these regions and the renewables market is
unmistakably in rapid growth mode. The adverse impacts and real harm that would come to streams and rivers, aquatic
life and human health, make it imperative NOT TO GRANT 401 permit for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline. Make it your
legacy to add only to the good of this planet. Do not fail.
