Your answer to my question #5 regarding temporary impacts says you've included a revised PCN but the page you sent was just page 11 which does not include the stream impact table where you would list the temporary impacts (on top of the permanent impacts). It appears that the permanent impacts are the 75 foot culvert and 30 feet of riprap. The bypass channel appears to outlet into the area that will be impacted by the rip rap, however the inlet to the bypass channel will need to be some distance above the permanent impact inlet of the box culvert. What we need to measure is if you went out there the day water was turned into the bypass channel and measured the dry existing channel before they put in the box culvert, what would that length be? subtract the 110 permanent impact, and that's what the temporary impacts are. Same for the temporary crossing.
