The stormwater permit application and all of the calculations ect. It went with it to the DWQ in Raleigh.
I have revised the PCN application per our discussion and included the PDF. Thank you,

Can you confirm that you sent a Stormwater Permit Application to the Division of Water Quality
-Stormwater Unit, it just said "for permitting" on your response and I just wanted to confirm with what
agency.
Your answer to my question #5 regarding temporary impacts says you've included a revised PCN but
the page you sent was just page 11 which does not include the stream impact table where you would
list the temporary impacts (on top of the permanent impacts). It appears that the permanent impacts are
the 75 foot culvert and 30 feet of riprap. The bypass channel appears to outlet into the area that will be
impacted by the rip rap, however the inlet to the bypass channel will need to be some distance above
the permanent impact inlet of the box culvert. What we need to measure is if you went out there the
day water was turned into the bypass channel and measured the dry existing channel before they put in
the box culvert, what would that length be? subtract the 110 permanent impact, and that's what the
temporary impacts are. Same for the temporary crossing.

My trip was great, thanks for asking. I expect I'll get back to
Robinhood Manor in a couple weeks. I'm currently working on projects
that came in about 30-40 days ago and that came back in 10/9 (by my log).
