I have reviewed the information sent to me about the 240 Old Farm School Road project, which proposes to
impact 30 ft of an unnamed tributary to Grassy Creek for a sewer line crossing in Buncombe County.
Project activities should not impact trout and do not need to be avoided during the trout moratorium.
