I'm worried about the damage it could cause to our environment and our waterways. The construction of the pipeline could harm aquatic life and habitats, smothering spawning beds and fish eggs. These spawning and nursery areas are essential to endangered species such as the Atlantic sturgeon and the Shortnose sturgeon, and home to the Neuse River Waterdog, Carolina Madtom, and several other species of concern in North Carolina. Everyone of these pipelines have leaked so it will be only a matter of time before it happens in your state, so beware. For these reasons, I urge you to reject the 401 Water Quality Certification application from Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC. Thank you. Sincerely, dorinda kelley 314 ne. 53rd portland, OR 97213 5032533189 1
