I'm worried about the damage it could cause to our environment and our waterways. The construction of the pipeline could harm aquatic life and habitats, smothering spawning beds and fish eggs. These spawning and nursery areas are essential to endangered species such as the Atlantic sturgeon and the Shortnose sturgeon, and home to the Neuse River Waterdog, Carolina Madtom, and several other species of concern in North Carolina. We recently moved from WV to NC because of the impact of fracking and pipelines on our community, water and environment. WV is losing population faster than any other state and NC does not need to join that movement. Please say NO. For these reasons, I urge you to reject the 401 Water Quality Certification application from Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC. Thank you. Sincerely, Kim Coram 1024 Solomon Jones Rd Cedar Mountain, NC 28718 1
