Dear Division of Water Resources,

It is my urgent plea that NCDEQ reject the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC's 401 Water Quality Certification application.
Putting this pipeline into this sensitive area of our beloved state will endanger the habitat of aquatic life important to
the diversity of our coastal wildlife.

Building the pipeline could seriously damage spawning beds and fish eggs of endangered species such as the Atlantic
sturgeon and the Shortnose sturgeon, and home to the Neuse River Waterdog, Carolina Madtom, plus other species of
concern in North Carolina.

Please reject the 401 Water Quality Certification application from Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC.
