Dear Division of Water Resources,

Pipelines have shown that they are not safe for transporting dangerous fracked gas through our waterways. I highly
oppose the creation of any pipelines that would transport dangerous substances like fracked gas. We need to be
protecting our water systems, and moving toward renewable energy that won't hurt our environment.

The application for 401 Water Quality Certification for the ACP doesn't include enough details about which streams
would be jeopardized by trenching, cofferdams, or in-stream blasting. Without site-specific details, it's impossible to
know what the water quality impacts would be.

The application hasn't shown that the Atlantic Coast Pipeline won't pollute our waterways. Please reject this application.
