Dear Division of Water Resources,

The application for 401 Water Quality Certification for the ACP doesn't include enough details about which streams
would be jeopardized by trenching, cofferdams, or in-stream blasting. Without site-specific details, it's impossible to
know what the water quality impacts would be.

The application hasn't shown that the Atlantic Coast Pipeline won't pollute our waterways. Please reject this application.

I make my living in the marine industry (sew boat canvas) and if my customers stop using their boats because the waters
are too polluted, then I've just lost my livelihood. Please reject this application and keep our precious waters as
unpolluted as possible.
