Dear Division of Water Resources,

Streams would be jeopardized by trenching, cofferdams, or in-stream blasting. Without details, it's impossible to know
what the water quality impacts would be.

The application hasn't shown that the Atlantic Coast Pipeline won't pollute our waterways. Please reject this application.
