Drainage area 4 has four separate stormwater discharge points. Per NCAC 2B
15A: 02H.1000, a drainage area is defined as "the entire area contributing surface
runoff to a single point." Please provide an analysis of the imperviousness of
each of the separate drainage areas that have been termed collectively as
"Drainage Area 4." The DWQ continues to believe that this portion of the
development is high density. If so, then an appropriately selected and designed
BMP must be provided to treat the stormwater from Drainage Area 4.
2. For each proposed BMP, please provide a completed BMP Supplement Form with
all required items (see httla:Hh2o.enr.state.nc.[tslstybrnp_forms.htm).
