In it, they claim that they'll restore water bodies and wetlands back to being healthy. However, the applicant does not list any specific plans to measure or monitor the waterways they say would be impacted. Protecting our waterways is important to me and the Atlantic Coast Pipeline could put them in jeopardy. I would also add that no water bodies or wetlands have been restored in the past and, at least, Duke Energy is well- known in the state for dumping coal ash in pits near water bodies and not cleaning then up. Please reject the application from the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC because it does not meet my and DEQ's standards of protecting our waterways. Thank you. Sincerely, Jane Burgess 106 Landing Trail Kitty Hawk, NC 27949 1
