Dear Division of Water Resources,

I am very concerned about the Atlantic Coast Pipeline's 401 Water Quality Certification application. The application
states that waterbodies and wetlands will be restored to healthy environments. However, the applicant does not list any
specific plans to measure or monitor the waterways they say would be impacted. Protecting our waterways is of the
utmost importance to our environment and the Atlantic Coast Pipeline proposal places it in jeopardy.

Please reject the application from the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC because it does not meet DEQ's standards of
protecting our waterways.
