Dear Division of Water Resources,

I'm very concerned about the Atlantic Coast Pipeline's 401 Water Quality Certification application. In it, they claim that
they'll restore waterbodies and wetlands back to being healthy. However, the applicant does not list any specific plans
to measure or monitor the waterways they say would be impacted. Protecting our waterways is important to me and
the Atlantic Coast Pipeline could put them in jeopardy.

Please reject the application from the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC because it does not meet my and DEQ's standards of
protecting our waterways.

This pipeline also affects the Appalachian Trail views and forces private farmers to submit their land for purposes they
don't support. This is not "for the greater good", as the public is vehemently opposed to this project. I urge you to reject
this all applications, permits, etc. for this project.
