Dear Division of Water Resources,

I'm very concerned about the Atlantic Coast Pipeline's 401 Water Quality Certification application. In it, they claim that
they'll restore waterbodies and wetlands back to being healthy. However, the applicant does not list any specific plans
to measure or monitor the waterways they say would be impacted. Protecting our waterways is important to me and
the Atlantic Coast Pipeline could put them in jeopardy. It would destroy endangered species, hurt the fisherman and the
farmers. This pipeline is not needed and the economically poor communities would suffer the most. Taking land by
eminent domain for corporate profit is immoral and a stain on you who cast the vote.

Please reject the application from the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC because it does not meet my and DEQ's standards of
protecting our waterways.
