Dear Division of Water Resources,

I'm very concerned about the Atlantic Coast Pipeline's 401 Water Quality Certification application. In it, they claim that
they'll restore waterbodies and wetlands back to being healthy. However, the applicant does not list any specific plans
to measure or monitor the waterways they say would be impacted. Protecting our waterways is important to me and
the Atlantic Coast Pipeline could put them in jeopardy.

Please reject the application from the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC because it does not meet my and DEQ's standards of
protecting our waterways. Fracking is bad enough on the environment with all the crap you pump into the ground, and
the earthquakes that it produces, but building a pipeline through our country to carry it is stupid. Besides bad/corroded
welds failing, cars hitting it, there are these guys that hate the USA and could blow up your pipe to the ruination of acres
of our country. You have to be fracking out of your mind.
