Dear Division of Water Resources,

Are you fossil fuel fools nuts?

Infinite, free, safe, affordable, clean renewing Renewable Energy of our sun and wind and water and waves could power
all energy needs on earth 100% doable by 2030 (IRENA 2016) by 2050 (100.org 2015)...if you would help your children,
nation, your own self survive our 6th extinction that fossil fuels have caused in the last 150 years.

I'm very concerned about the Atlantic Coast Pipeline's 401 Water Quality Certification application. In it, they claim that
they'll restore waterbodies and wetlands back to being healthy. However, the applicant does not list any specific plans
to measure or monitor the waterways they say would be impacted. Protecting our waterways is important to me and
the Atlantic Coast Pipeline could put them in jeopardy.

Please reject the application from the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC because it does not meet my and DEQ's standards of
protecting our waterways.
