Here is an email copy of the sequence plan for the Ball creek Culvert that is going
to be replaced by the bridge It is basically using the existing culvert to manage
water flow during construction I am also sending you a hard copy This will dust
give you that extra Day or three before the mail arrives Is there anything else you
need regarding this'> Also will you send me an official acceptance?

Randy, staff of the Division of Water Quality have reviewed the sequencing plan for
the Bald Creek Bridge replacement project and the plan appears to be satisfactory
Please take the necessary steps to minimize any impacts to state surface waters when
working in and around Bald Creek If you have questions, please do not hesitate to
call me at 828-296-4500
