Accordingly, my correspondence regarding the proposed expansion of the Great Dismal Swamp Bank GSA is appropriate (attached). You should talk with Gary Jordan and/or Howard Hall who represent the USFWS on the ruling NC-IRT body. They can brief you on the group deliberations on this subject over the past year.
