FYI...the position you took last year does not represent the Service's
current official position as expressed as recently as 090ct2008.
Accordingly, my correspondence regarding the proposed expansion of the Great
Dismal Swamp Bank GSA is appropriate (attached). You should talk with Gary
Jordan and/or Howard Hall who represent the USFWS on the ruling NC-IRT body.
They can brief you on the group deliberations on this subject over the past
year. I'm okay on this end, running a little ragged. Hope you've been doing
well.
