Lauren,
I just looked over the submittal from Debbie Edwards. I think we need to go out and look at
the rehabilitation of the level spreaders behind lots 714 and 726 to see if they look
reasonable.
We cannot allow them to pay an offset payment and remove the level spreader behind lot 738.
They will have to look into alternatives to provide 85% TSS removal and 30% TN removal on
another part of the development as stated in the NOV. I think we should prepare a written
response after we have been out to the site. When do you want to go? I could go on Monday
the 10th or 11/17, 11/18, 11/19, or 11/20. Let me know when you are available.
