Rob,
I have copied the buffer permit drawing which depicts the approximate location of the rock checks The level
spreader is about 90 feet upstream of the waters edge (so it is way out of the buffer) However, as you can
imagine, there is a steep grade change as the natural ground transitions to the water's edge of Lake Wheeler
We are concerned about the distance and slope from the level spreader to the water's edge The rip rap checks
will be small in height and their only purpose is to slow down the water and prevent formation of scours All stone
checks will either be located outside of the 50 foot riparian buffer or within the permitted footprint of the riparian
buffer -?
