Laurie,
Yes I can. I've messed up. The first was sent mistakenly when it was
bundled in a pile of mail that I mailed just before I went on vacation.
When I got back a week later, I couldn't find my envelope that had the
information for Gaston so I figured that I had imagined preparing that
submittal. I made another and sent it to you.
Please discard the first submittal and use the second. I will am preparing
a submittal for Salmon's Landing that you will receive in about a week.
Sorry for the confusion.

Ism in need of some clarification please.
On 10/1/08 DWQ recvd a PCN for a boating access area project; the cover
letter (dated 9/29/08) said it was for dock replacement at Salmon's
Landing Public BAA in Warren County but on page 6 the project name was
shown as Gaston BAA Ramp Repair in Northampton County. The internal
transfer info showed Gaston93008 as the invoice number. The impacts
approved were 25 if of stream
Fast forward to Thurs 10/16; DWQ recvd a PCN with cover letter (dated
10/12/08) stating it was for Ramp Repair Gaston Boating Access Area in
Northampton Cc - showing the same impacts as the above one & the same
Gaston93008 as the internal transfer payment document number & same
longitude & latitude figures.
Comparing everything side by side - they appear to be the exact same
project.
Can you shed any light on this second submission?
