Dear Division of Water Resources,

Seriously?!
I am thoroughly opposed to the Atlantic Coast Pipeline and strongly urge you to reject their 401 Water Quality
Certification application.
The application submitted by the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC doesn't provide near enough information on the cumulative
water quality impacts of past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects related to the Atlantic Coast Pipeline.

I respectfully and firmly ask that DEQ reject the application.
