Dear Division of Water Resources,

I am writing to let you know that I'm opposed to the Atlantic Coast Pipeline and urge you to reject their 401 Water
Quality Certification application.
The application submitted by the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC doesn't provide enough information on the cumulative
water quality impacts of past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects related to the Atlantic Coast Pipeline.

I respectfully ask that DEQ reject the application. In this day and age, with solar and other renewable resources getting
cheaper, there is no need to continue the ways of the old.
