Dear Division of Water Resources,

I am writing to let you know that I'm strongly opposed to the Atlantic Coast Pipeline and urge you to reject their 401
Water Quality Certification application.
The application submitted by the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC doesn't provide enough information on the cumulative
water quality impacts of past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects related to the Atlantic Coast Pipeline.

If the utility companies get their way, the pipeline would harm more than 450 acres of wetlands and put hundreds of
streams at risk of contamination. Even more unsettling, the communities in the path of the planned pipeline would be
most impacted and those are predominantly minority and low-income families.

I respectfully ask that DEQ reject the application.
