Dear Division of Water Resources,

This is truly ALMOST unbelievable, except since you are FIGHTING one of the corporate Giants who wants the legislators
to do as they say because THE'Y given Millions to their campaign funded to get THEM ELECTED to pass the legislature, of
course I believe it!#1- FRACKING has Been PROVEN to cause earth tremors and now big gas and oil PIPE through poor
peoples ' towns!!! And right through wetlands! I am writing to let you know that I'm opposed to the Atlantic Coast
Pipeline and urge you to reject their 401 Water Quality Certification application.
The application submitted by the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC doesn't provide enough information on the cumulative
water quality impacts of past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects related to the Atlantic Coast Pipeline.

I respectfully ask that DEQ reject the application.
