Dear Division of Water Resources,

I am opposed to the Atlantic Coast Pipeline and urge you to reject their 401 Water Quality Certification application.

The application submitted by the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC doesn't provide enough information on the cumulative
water quality impacts of past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects related to the Atlantic Coast Pipeline.

North Carolina needs to be more focused on renewable energy. A pipeline for fossil fuel is not the wave of the future, it
is a desperate attempt to clutch at and cling to the past. Let this pipeline go!

I respectfully ask that DEQ reject the application.
