Dear Division of Water Resources,

I am writing to let you know that I'm opposed to the Atlantic Coast Pipeline and urge you to reject their 401 Water
Quality Certification application.
The application submitted by the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC doesn't provide enough information on the cumulative
water quality impacts of past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects related to the Atlantic Coast Pipeline.

I am highly concerned with how badly our planet is already on the verge if a major die off caused by us. These pipelines
can speed up the die off.

I respectfully ask that DEQ reject the application.
