I did send a detailed email to the Town last week (with a copy of the approvals attached) and discussed just what you pointed out in the below email. They are aware and should be sending you the signed copies shortly. I will follow up with them just to be sure we stay on track. Thanks! The permittee must sign BOTH copies and send them BOTH back to the Corps - if they agree to all of terms and conditions. (If they don't, they can appeal) Once the Corps receives the signed copies, the Chief of Regulatory (Ken Jolly) signs them and sends one back to the Permittee and the other stays with the administrative record. At the time the final permit is issued (when Ken signs), a copy is sent to Thelma and she adds it to her EEP tracking for invoicing. Like I said, I appreciate the proactiveness. Let's just make sure that the Town signs the permit and gets them back to us so we can actually issue the final. Thanks, Jeri Jennifer S.
