Dear Division of Water Resources,

The proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline would harm our environment and nearby communities. The construction of the
pipeline would harm nearly 37,000 feet of over 300 bodies of water and nearly 500 acres of valuable wetlands. Our
wetlands, streams, and rivers are an important part of our heritage and this pipeline could put them in danger.

I'm also concerning that the application put forward by Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC doesn’t offer enough information for
DEQ to make a sound decision on whether or not to move forward with the project.

Therefore I urge you to reject this application and the pipeline.
