Prospectus and Site Visit Comments
Dear. Mr. Williams:
Eric Kulz of the Division of Water Quality - 401 Oversight and Express Permitting Unit visited the
proposed mitigation bank site on September 18, 2008. In addition, we have reviewed the Prospectus
dated October 13, 2008.
Based on the site visit and Prospectus, this site appears to be an excellent candidate for a mitigation site.
We do not have any comments or concerns regarding this site at this time. However, DWQ reserves the
right to provide additional comments based on review of the permit application and more detailed design
plans.
