Subject:ACP Opposition
This pipeline is not good for humans or other living things. Wetlands provide natural water filtration and
protect and replenish surface waters. No money or resources are needed for this natural process. Acres of
forests that serve as buffers to prevent polluted runoff into streams will be destroyed. The pipeline's negative
impact on areas designated as Primary Nursing Areas will be disastrous. Most of the length of the ACP would
be located above the Northern Coastal Plain Aquifer system and could affect a large number of households
dependent on well water. Because we cannot drink oil or ea cash, I stand in opposition to the construction of
the ACP until much needed investigation into all the negative impacts is conducted.
