"Believing it will be impossible to construct the ACP without adverse impacts to streams, rivers, wetlands, groundwater,
aquatic life, human health and Environmental Justice, I ask the Div. of Water Resources not to grant a 401 permit for the
Atlantic Coast Pipeline.”

I read all the details provided about the potential harmful impact of this pipeline to our state. Also, the need for it’s
production has not been clearly justified. I feel the risks outweigh the benefits of it’s production.

Please do not grant this short-sighted permit but, pursue alternative energy sources and will be more environmentally
friendly.
