Please accept the following application form and support material for a 401 Water Quality Certification
permit. Five copies and a $240.00 non-refundable application fee are herein provided.
Overview
This project is to stabilize 100 feet (+/-) of bank on a one acre, wooded, undeveloped plot. The trees along
the bank are undermined and erosion is occurring mostly from the lat into the cove.
