No, its a separate permit with the same application/documents. The USACE told the applicant to send one package, the stream
rest. would be done first under a NW27 and then the pond they wanted to build has to be a separate IP.
So one app. package, 2 different permits. Not sure how you want to handle in BIMS. Just let me know.
