Please keep work in waters as limited as possible. If possible, please
complete earlier than Nov. 1. Sedimentation is biggest concern.

Ron,
As we discussed earlier, June Thomas's property on Wagoner Ridge Road in
Alleghany Co. still has some minor in-stream work that needs conducted.
Stream flow is still being diverted into a man-made channel and into a
pipe that is perched. Per the requirements of the 401 and 404, flow
should be diverted back into the original channel, which will require
some in-channel work. We will request that this work to be conducted
prior to Nov. 1. Thanks.
