Dear Mr. Quinn:
On August 16, 2017 (via email), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers informed the NC
Division of Water Resources (Division) that your application for a 404 Permit for the subject site
was being withdrawn from consideration for approval. Please note that the Division also hereby
withdraws your application for a 401 Water Quality Certification until the issues related to the
project are addressed.
If you decide to re -submit an application for this site, a new application package, including
the application fee, will be required. In that case, a mitigation plan that provides a minimum of a
1:1 restoration component in accordance with 15A NCAC 2H .0506(h)(6) may be necessary. If
you have any questions, please telephone Mr. Alan Johnson in the Mooresville Regional Office
