This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Northampton County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to
Gumberry Swamp (Boones Millpond, Barrows MiIlPond), Stream Index No. 23-32-1,
Roanoke River Basin.
Existing 24" X 32' RCP will be replaced by a 30" X 40' CAP at N 36.47249° W 77.49720°.
